There is something of the real of the symptom that is missing in the face of this unbearable lightness of being.
Félix Rueda talks about the unbearable that results from the conjunction of capitalism and science. They both engendered a world that seems to be the pure, limitless extention of semblants shifted from the real. He then reminds us of Lacan's proposition: the real of the symptom in the face of the unbearable lightness of being.
